I only really care about skin. Is the rest wasted on me?

No. Zinc is the skin active, but vitamin C and ashwagandha are not filler, they are the everyday energy and calm ends of the same jar. You came for one of the three and you get all three, which is cheaper than buying zinc on its own.

Why four capsules and not one?

Because three actives at real doses do not fit into one capsule. Brands that promise it either cut the doses or hide them inside a proprietary blend. Four capsules, all at breakfast, is what the printed label actually requires.

Can I stop taking my other supplements?

Most people replace a separate vitamin C, zinc and ashwagandha with this one jar. Check the labels side by side before you do. Anything you are taking for a specific medical reason should stay, and that is a conversation for your doctor rather than for us.

How long before I notice something?

Most people mention the calm end first, usually somewhere in weeks two to three. None of these three actives work as a one-off, so taking four capsules every day matters far more than taking extra on a rough one.

What is the difference between Daily, Focus and Sleep?

Same three actives and the same four capsules in all three. Daily is the everyday jar, Focus leans toward daytime clarity and Sleep toward winding down. Pick the one that matches when your day is hardest.

What if it does not work for me?

You get 60 days, which is two full jars. One email and you get a full refund, opened jars included. No forms and nothing to send back.
